A podcast studio you can book by the half hour
KIP TV Network is building a self-service podcast, video, and livestream studio for Southeast Texas. Book a 30-minute slot for a short episode, or an hour or more when you need room to work.
The studio stays set up. Cameras, microphones, and lighting are permanently installed and ready. Plug and play: you will book your time online, let yourself in, record, and leave with your files.
It is designed to run with no staff on site. Appointment only, no walk-ins, no front desk, and no crew waiting on you.
The studio is not open yet. We are building the early interest list now so the people who need it most get first access, and founding rates.
How it works
1. Book online
Reserve a 30-minute slot or book by the hour. Thirty minutes fits a tight solo episode or a single interview. An hour or more fits panels, multiple segments, or a recording day with a cushion. Booking and payment will be handled online, on your schedule, without a phone call or a back-and-forth email.
2. Let yourself in and record
The room is already set. Nothing to haul in, nothing to rig, nothing to tear down when you are finished. Your booked time is spent recording, not setting up.
3. Take your files with you
Your recording belongs to you the moment your session ends. There is no edit queue to wait behind and no approval process to clear.
Hands-off, by design
This is a self-operated, plug-and-play studio. No crew stands in the room during your session. That is deliberate. It keeps the rate reasonable, it keeps the calendar open in short increments, and it lets you work the way you want to work without an audience.
Every new renter is walked through the setup once. After that, the room is built so the same settings work the same way every time you come back.

- A broadcast microphone at every seat
- Camera coverage built for video podcasting
- Controlled lighting, so every episode you record looks like the last one
- A quiet, sound-treated space
The final equipment list will be published before the studio opens.
Founding Creator rates
Introductory pricing for the first studio bookings. Founding rates are locked for 12 months for anyone who enrolls in a membership during the founding period and stays continuously enrolled.
Single sessions
- 30 minutes - $45
- 1 hour - $75
- 2 hours - $130
Memberships, billed monthly
- Starter, 2 hours per month - $125
- Creator, 4 hours per month - $245
- Creator Plus, 8 hours per month - $450
- Broadcast, 16 hours per month - $780
After the founding period, standard rates apply, beginning at $100 per hour.
A membership always costs less per hour than buying the same time one session at a time. Unused hours may be carried for 30 days. Hours beyond your monthly allowance bill at your own membership rate. Members book up to 30 days ahead.
Community rates
Nonprofit and church - Creator-tier hours at Starter pricing. Verification required.
Student and young creator - Two hours per month at a reduced rate, with a parent or guardian present for the full session. Coordinated with the KIP TV student media program.
Who the studio is for
Podcasters and interview hosts. Pastors and ministry teams recording teaching or devotionals. Coaches, trainers, and consultants building a content library. Local business owners who want to talk directly to their customers. Authors and speakers. Nonprofit leaders explaining their work. Students and young creators, with a parent or guardian present.
If you have something to say and no good place to record it, the room is for you.
From the studio to the network
Some of what gets recorded in this room belongs on television.
Renters who build a consistent, well-made show can apply for distribution on KIP TV Network, which streams at knowledgeispowernetwork.com with no subscription required, with apps for Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, and Google TV in development. Applying is entirely optional. It is never a condition of renting, and renting does not guarantee distribution.
Full production comes later
Commercial and event production with a KIP TV crew is planned for a later phase, after the podcast studio is established. We are not taking production work yet, and we would rather tell you that than take a job we cannot finish well.
